Each 6 weeks we recruit 30+ guys and girls who are looking to transform their bodies and lives by building lean muscle, sweating off that access body fat, while learning how to lift with correct technique.


We run 2 programs : SWEAT is focused on stripping body fat, building lean muscle and bringing out your muscle tone, and STRENGTH a more structured program with smaller exclusive classes. Days are spit into muscle groups with each class weights / reps recored to ensure you are building strength and size each session.

This program is designed to be repeated more than once, most members stay on afterwards to become members because they love our gym so much. Consider yourself warned!

* 6 of these sessions are specially designed strength training classes focusing on Legs, Push and Pull. (Only for Strength Program members)
