GROUP FITNESS

Savage Training group sessions run 30 plus times a week, with a mixure of classes from H.I.T.T, Full Body workouts, Cross Fire Cardio, TRX Training, Cardio Kick Boxing, Booty Core, Athletic Training to Core and are super excited to be the home of SKIPFIT by MYKA.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We run personal training sessions in the gym, rooftop, outdoors between classes or we can come to you.

This is a great option if you’ve already done a Health and Fitness Consultation and/or are looking for personal attention and one on one service with your training

HEALTH AND FITNESS CONSULTATIONS

If you’re new to training or want to go beyond just “working out”, we highly recommend starting with a Health and Fitness Consultation to make sure you are heading in the right direction.

CORPORATE HEALTH

Savage Training offers a range of Corporate Health and Fitness services that can be delivered in the Savage Training studio or at your office.
