The Savage Strength Squad Program is a small group personal training program run over 6 weeks focusing on big muscle movements such as dead lifts, squats, bench press, pull ups and rows.

Head trainer Justin Savage and strength trainer and natural body builder Dom Fukuhara have developed a program to help you learn correct technique and build your lean muscle mass, while burning body fat and building strength.

Each session you will be lead personally through each exercise so you have the knowledge and confidence to perform each exercise going forward. Sessions are put together with a combination of strength and superset based workouts. To help you get the results you deserve you will get a nutrition plan and supplement plan with discounts from our friends at Health Nuts in Potts Point.

This program is suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced

Savage Strength Squad Program is an easy to follow 6 week training run in the basement of the Savage Gym in Potts Point. Our goal with this program is to build your strength, to teach you how to move correctly, workout with correct technique, get stronger and leaner as well as giving you the knowledge to eat well and the education to help you achieve your goals. Our program is designed to better your health, increase your strength and fitness and to help you become more confident with your training and in life.

Our training system is based around strength resistance training. We recommend you commit to all three of the strength sessions per week, plus any additional Savage classes you wish. This program is perfect for those who feel like they might have plateaued. It is essential for optimal results that the body is continuously challenged in order for it to change and develop. Our program is designed to help you progress and we already have your next phase of the program designed and ready for you to start after each 6 week program.

  • Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday 6:00am (60 min session)

Sessions will be split by body part
