Our Potts Point location is a haven for hard-working members with minimal time and maximum energy. 3 Unique levels which allow us to run more classes per day at more convenient time slots for you such as 6:00am, 6:15am, 6:45am and 7:00am, we are launching lunchtime classes very soon, and currently run evening classes at 6:30pm and 7:00pm.
Here is how the gym looks:
Studio one: The ground floor is our super slick boxing, TRX and cardio area. Purposely built boxing zone hosts our brand new aqua boxing bags which are perfect for boxing classes or 1:1 sessions. Classes on this level are more cardio based and built around rowing machines, ropes, boxing bags, and TRX. On down times and after classes you can use this space for personal cardio sessions or stretching and relaxing.
Studio two: Our mezzanine functional level is built for our ever popular group fitness classes. We run classes from Best Butt + Abs through to Cardio Sculpt and our new exclusive class SKIPFIT by MYKA. When classes are not on, feel free to use the space to create your own workout – personal trainers will be around help you with any questions you may have.
Gym: Our Basement gym is for Personal Training and for you to use at your own leisure. This ares is built around strength equipment with squat racks, benches, cable machines and loads of weights.
