We are taking registrations now for our next 6 week program starting Monday 18th Feb 2019
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK
The Build Strength Training sessions are on our lowest level in the basement in our gym in Potts Point Sydney. These run in 6 week blocks continuously throughout the year. When joining Its important that people join the Build Program on day 1 and attend for the full 6 weeks to get the most of out the program.
During the 6 weeks we run 9 strength specific classes per week at either 6:15am or 6:30pm week days and at 7:00am and 8:00am Saturdays. We suggest you attend 2-3 additional session per week to add to the Build Program, this might be boxing, a HIIT class or Sweat class – we have 45 to choose from throughout the week.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
$390.00 plus $40 for your scan at the begging and end of the program
HOW DO I JOIN
2. Confirm your profile via your email and sign our waver
3. Purchase the Build Program. Classes will open up and available to book a few days before the program starts
2. Book into a body scan. Its $40 – this is booked via the savage app and will be the Saturday before the challenge starts
**Classes full up fast so book ahead, and if for some reason you can’t attend make sure you cancel so others can take that spot
