SMALL GROUP SQAUD TRAINING 

Small groups of 8-10 people per session means you’ll get that extra bit of attention. The program is designed for different levels catering from beginners to the more experienced. We offer high intensity weight sessions,Boxing, TRX, Kettlebell, Skip fi  and a mixture of cardio sessions each week.

We’ve all got our reasons for training. And because no two bodies are the same, the more advanced your training program, the more customized it becomes.

Your first step is the Savage assessment, which includes a fitness questionnaire, from here we need to outline what fitness level you should be starting at, what your goals are and where you will be training and the type of equipment you will have available to you.

Your coach will evaluate your history and objectives to create your personal roadmap. Since needs, goals and lives change, the conversation between you and your coach will play a vital role in your success. Because at the end of the day, it’s about performing at your peak — while living your life.
